On 18th-19th of September 2023, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos organized the 3rd transnational project meeting in Aranjuez, Madrid, Spain.
At the meeting participated:
2 representatives from “Mihai Viteazul” National Intelligence Academy (MVNIA)
4 representatives from University Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) – Spain
2 representatives from University of Malta (UoM) – Malta
2 representatives from New Strategy Center (NSC) – Romania
During the meeting sessions, the partners discussed the process of evaluation of the project, further planned the next learning activities and the multiplier events, and worked on the strategy for the launch of the MOOC courses.
DOMINOES project foresees the digital transformation, the enhancement of digital capabilities in higher education and the innovation in vocational education and training by developing a training curriculum on the characteristics of the phenomenon of disinformation and information manipulation, on methods of identifying them online and on responsible conduct in the information ecosystem so as to prevent their dissemination.
The next relevant milestone is the development of a training syllabus in the guise of a Massive Open Online Course based on hands-on exercises and learning-by-doing methodology meant to develop the participants’ digital competences and resilience in identifying and tackling online disinformation, which will soon be available to the public.
